Submit the quote form. We email you a proposal and agreement; sign and return it, with your deposit, to lock your date.
2. 8–10 weeks out
Your signed agreement becomes your RunSignUp registration, ChronoTrack event, Athletic.net meet for school events, and calendar listing.
3. 3–4 weeks out
Lock your course map, start times and awards categories.
4. 2 weeks out
Final bib and chip order. We chip and prep your bibs.
5. Race week
Pre-race email to runners, then packet pickup.
6. Race day
We arrive early, set up, time it, and post results live.

Live, as runners finish. Cross country and track times are posted at live.runaroundracing.com.
All over Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Travel is included in your proposal.
